The Sacher Tort is our signature cake which is an Austrian recipe, dating back to the 18th century. It is composed of a classic Sacher sponge biscuit, whipped ganache with 70% Saint-Domingue dark chocolate, marinated apricots, chocolate crumble and chocolate mirror glaze.

Conservation:

Store the cake in the fridge until ready to serve. Can be kept for 5 days and the tips have an expiration date on the top of the container. Please check. We strongly recommend purchasing your cake tip on the day it will be tasted.
