Vegan logs composed of cashew, coconut and hazelnut “cream”, mounted on several layers of gingerbread cake and cranberry compote with a pinch of smoked Chinese tea, Lapsang souchong. Crowned with a creamy hazelnut praline “cream” and coated with Almond Inspiration vegan chocolate from Valrhona.

Conservation:

Store your log in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Keeps for 3-5 days. We strongly recommend purchasing your cake on the day it will be enjoyed. The logs can be frozen. The pieces of chocolate surrounding the log may break if the log is frozen. The texture of the log may change if it is frozen and then thawed.

To defrost the logs, we suggest taking the log out of the freezer 5-10 hours before eating and letting it thaw in the refrigerator.
