Description:

The tasting box is made up of 6 slices of different flavors of cake. Here are the cake flavors available:

Chocolate and miso caramel: Chocolate cake, salted miso caramel, whipped caramel ganache, creamy dark chocolate and vanilla buttercream.

Olive oil and Yuzu: Olive oil cake, Yuzu cream, blond chocolate whipped ganache and vanilla buttercream.

Strawberry from Quebec (May-August): Graham cake, strawberry from Quebec, whipped lemongrass ganache and vanilla buttercream.

Vanilla and lemon: Vanilla cake, lemon cream, poppy seed and vanilla buttercream.

Black sesame and passion fruit: Black sesame cake, creamy passion fruit, blonde whipped ganache and vanilla buttercream.

Earl gray and orange: Earl gray cake, creamy orange, blonde whipped ganache and vanilla buttercream.

Conservation:

Store the cake dots in the fridge until ready to serve. Keeps for 3 days. We strongly recommend taking out the tasting box 30 minutes before tasting to allow the buttercream to temper.
