Description:

Gluten-free log composed of a gluten-free coconut cake, topped with a light jasmine tea and vanilla mousse, with a lychee-wrapped center. Covered with a white chocolate mirror, pieces of white chocolate with jasmine tea powder and a lychee-whipped ganache. 

This log is light, delicate and floral in flavor, and is a great way to end a Christmas meal.

**Available for pre-order only from November 7 until December 3 before midnight to be picked up between December 12 and December 31.

3 servings available: Bûchette 2-3 servings, 4-6 servings or 8-10 servings.

Gluten-free products. Contains eggs, dairy products, white rice flour and gelatin. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts and sesame seeds.

Conservation:
Store your log in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Keeps for 3-5 days. We strongly recommend purchasing your cake on the day it will be enjoyed. The logs can be frozen. 

To defrost the logs, we suggest taking the log out of the freezer 5-10 hours before eating and let defrost in the refrigerator.
