Description:

Traditional fragrant gingerbread with honey, a mixture of spices (cinnamon, ginger, star anise, and nutmeg). Also infused with orange zest. Wrap in Japanese style fabric Furoshiki.

Serves 8-10 people.

Nut-free products. Contains eggs, gluten, dairy and cinnamon. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts and sesame seeds.

Conservation:

Store the cake at room temperature for 2-3 days wrapped in the original tissue. After 2-3 days, keep in the refrigerator. Store in a cool place for 3 days. We strongly recommend purchasing your cake on the day it will be enjoyed.
