Professional pastry course


During the session, you will learn to:

1. Prepare an Earl Gray cake base.
2. Make a white chocolate whipped ganache.
3. Assemble the cake.
4. Decorate your creation.

We will provide you with all the equipment to make your cake and all the decorations for the finish. At the end of the class, you can take the recipes and your cake home with you. 

Each course can accommodate a maximum of 4 participants, with a minimum of 4 people for the course to take place. If, 72 hours before the course, the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will arrange with you to reschedule your course or refund you. Classes are given in English and French and the option of having mixed classes is possible. 

Classes for the month of April will be available from March 22.

Cancellations policy: You have the option to cancel your reservation up to one week before the event. If you are unable to attend, you can give your place to someone else, but please note that we will not issue refunds.
