Our talented chef Chef Sonya, who launched and created Sachère in 2014, decided that the best way to bring her recipes, which have been loved by so many, to life is to share them with you.

The classes welcome beginners and are also uniquely suited to adults. For the month of May, we are going to learn how to make the famous Sachère olive oil and yuzu cake, one of our best sellers here in Sachère.

In our course you will learn to:

1 - Cook an olive oil cake base in teams of two.

2 - Demonstration of a ganache whipped with white chocolate.

3 - Demonstration of our yuzu cream.

4-Assemble the cake.

5- Decorate your cake and bring it home.

Each person has their own cake to take home which serves 6-8 people.

We will provide you with all the equipment to make your cake and all the decorations for the finish. At the end of the course, you will be able to take the recipes and your own cake with you home. Each course can accommodate a maximum of 4 participants, with a minimum of 4 people for the course to take place.
If, 72 hours before the course, the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will arrange with you to reschedule your course or refund you. Classes are given in English and French and the option of having mixed classes is possible.

Classes for the month of June will be available from May 1st.

Cancellation policy: You have the option to cancel your reservation up to one week before the event. If you are unable to attend, you can give your place to someone else, but please note that we will not issue refunds.
