In this workshop, you will learn to make your own gluten-free pavlova with local fruits from Quebec. Later in the workshop, you will use piping tips and pastry bags to decorate your own dessert.
Level: Beginners and intermediate (adults only)
Language: English or French
During classes you will:
1 - Bake a pavlova base (meringue baked in the oven).
2 - Demonstration of garnish (fresh local fruits from Quebec).
3- Demonstration of whipped ganache.
4- Demonstrations of how to assemble the pavlova.
6- Decorate your own dessert, use and learn how to work with pastry bags and tips.

Each person has their own dessert to bring home that serves 6 people.
