In this workshop, you will learn how to make your own gluten-free pavlova with local fruits from Quebec. Later in the workshop, you will use piping tips and pastry bags to decorate your own dessert. The pavlova contains pork gelatin.

Level: Beginners and intermediate (adults only)

Language: English or French

During the classes, you will:

1 - Bake a pavlova base (oven-baked meringue).

2 - Watch a demonstration of the raspberry topping (fresh local fruits from Quebec).

3- Watch a demonstration of the caramel whipped ganache.

4- Demonstrations of pavlova assembly.

6- Decorate your own dessert with fresh local fruits, use and learn how to work with pastry bags and tips.
