March 2025-Black sesame, raspberry, and yuzu cake

In this workshop, you will learn to make your own black sesame cake, raspberry compote, and yuzu whipped ganache. Later in the class, you will use piping bags to mount and decorate your own cake.

Level: Beginners (adults only)

Language: English or French 

During classes you will:

1 - Bake a black sesame cake base in teams.

2 - Demonstration of raspberry compote.

3- Demonstration of yuzu whipped ganache.

4-Demonstration of the cake assembly.

5-Assemble the cake yourself.

6- Decorate your own cake, use and learn how to work with pastry bags and tips.

What is included and provided in the workshop:

2. Recipes (to take home along with your cake)

3. Equipment and materials 

4. Ingredients 

Each person has their own cake to take home which serves 6-8 people.
