In this workshop, you will learn to make your own lemon and kaffir lime dessert. Later in the class, you will use piping tips and pastry bags to decorate your own dessert.
Level: Beginners and intermediate (adults only)
Language: English or French
During classes you will:
1 - Bake a Breton shortbread base.
2 - Demonstration of the lemon cream.
3- Demonstration of the whipped ganache with kaffir lime leaves.
4- Demonstrations of the assembly of the dessert.
6- Decorate your own dessert, use and learn how to work with pastry bags and tips.
